i`ve tryed everything ti delete my account but the info i keep getting is not right so i cant delete

@BrianRud_109035 One way is to not purchase a plan for 220 days. The sim will be deactivated and the account will lapse.
Also, if you are moving your number somewhere else, you Can:
Text 'STAC' to 75075 along with your DOB (DDMMYY) for free from your old provider's SIM. (In tis case, Smarty) That should terminate things as far as I can see.
