Hi there. I provided my PAC code to smarty on 16th November and this has been showing as ‘in progress’ on my app. This has now been delayed for almost 2 weeks and live chat / email have stopped responding to me or providing me with any update. I have had my number for 10+ years and am concerned that it will be lost because of Smarty. Can anyone provide me with any advice or how they dealt with this issue? Thanks in advance

I'm sorry to hear about your porting delay! This is definitely not ideal.
It sounds like you are experiencing a split-port, this means your number is stuck between 2 providers but is not lost. Please reach out to webchat and ask for regular updates on the issue.
Again, I am sorry to know you are going through this but I can assure you, your number is not lost, we just need to contact your previous provider to make sure we have all the correct transfer files to successfully port your number to SMARTY.
