@martinp_2317994 When you look at the Network Status Checker page, did you see the large read header notice?

i have now , but was using the mobile on wifi not laptop

Hello I'm still having problems and no contact from smarty, can someone advise what is the best way to find an update on the network issue please.

@Snoodles The problem is acknowledged and they are working on it.

If they don't know exactly what is wrong yet, then I don't suppose they can tell you when it will be sorted exactly. There have been pinned posts on this forum and a header on the Network Status Checker.

We are forum members and so won't get any extra info.
