I want to get a data only sim to put into a router but when I try to order on the Smarty page it doesn't seem to go thru. My details are confirmed and it just returns to the start and doesn't say anything is ordered

@SteveWa_1596021 - a bit more research has uncovered this statement:
You can order more than one SMARTY plan, but you’ll have to create different accounts. However, you’re still able to use the same payment details for all of them.

Are you working on the app or on the website?Do you already have an active sim on your account? Are you trying to add the sim to an existing group?
If you are already logged in and do have an active sim, I wonder if it is stopping you simply paying for another plan. You may need another email address because I'm not sure that you can have two sims on one email address.
