Data Only SIM

Hi .... help please .... have purchased a DATA Only SIM, and have had it activated,  and inserted into our Caravans Avtex built in router ... cannot get it to connect to our Smart TV ..... any ideas please ??

Are you abroad by any chance ? If so, you need to change the APN in your device to “mob.asm.net” to get your device to work abroad. Consult your device’s manual or Google it if you don’t already know how to do this.

However, is there a chance that it is set to something that will not work with Smarty?

Quite possibly - I have relatives in Mevagissey, near St.Ives - mobile coverage is atrocious in that area.
