Hi, I’m on a 30gb plan, but it’s actually double data so 60gb.
However this time when it renewed it has carried over the unused data and now shows 60+ out of 90gb
I’ve searched but can’t seem to find anything out about this.

@rupe This isn't currently on offer as far as I can see.
When you ordered the plan originally, were you offered double data. Did the T&C's perhaps explain that the extra would roll over?
The thing is, you now have 90Gb to use this month. Worst case scenario - next month you'll find that you only have 60GB that you were expecting.
If in doubt, why not web chat with Support Team for an explanation?

I took the 30gb plan out with double data, so I have always had 60gb each month, but it has never rolled over before and done this.
I changed to my current plan well over a year ago, showing 90gb is something new that has happened this month.
I will see what happens next month, I am just curious.

it is likely that smarty is planning on introducing data rollover and you have been made part of beta testing of it
