Hi , have just switched to smarty not  sure what I'm doing wrong . Get no phone sevice and no data in or out the house . Family all have smarty with no probs . Not sure what I'm not doing . Any thoughts appreciated 😬🤷‍♀️

Perhaps worthwhile looking at some real-world coverage information for your location, by using the https://mastdata.com website, @KateSmi_2710435

Thanks 3 others in same household all fine . Hubby sat next to me & he has good service but not mine 🫤

If there are 3 others in the same location, all using their SMARTY SIM cards without a problem, perhaps your SMARTY account is blocked, or your SIM card maybe faulty, or your device might be broken / misconfigured. 

 

@KateSmi_2710435 Did you actually check your account dashboard as I suggested? (Perhaps on your other thread)

@KateSmi_2710435 Have you checked if your husband's sim works in your phone? This would give an idea of whether your sim or your phone had a fault.
