For several days now I have been unable to load / display the network coverage map. I get the message that says that it is loading and then a blank display within the Smarty website.
Any ideas please?

Hi @Gwyndy, please try opening the link in Private/Incognito mode.
If it does work, you will have to clear your browser cache/cookies.

Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work. However, I can load the network coverage map from the Three website.
All now a bit academic as I have abandoned Smarty due to an almost total absence of signal despite the map showing otherwise.

Do you use any ad-blockers/content filters in your browser? With those enabled, the coverage maps will not load since the map is being pulled from a third-party website. If you disable these, the maps should load since I also had the same problem.

No adblockers or content filters. Tried in Firefox and Chrome browsers - same result. It did display within the Samrty website but now does not. Academic as I have now left Smarty mobile because of signal issues at home location.
