Connection quality

I just done 2 months with smarty & in the last week the second month all of a sudden my connection has become like I'm living in a third world country the connection quality is so bad always taking long to downloading if it gets around to it & for every little thing taking more time to do anything I don't have time for this I'm a  very sick person & I try to keep my life as simple as possible & used this network to get information on my illness which cancer related. I have other health issues also that's affected by not having good connection it's stressing me out so I'm just going to call it a day if the can't be sorted out with in a couple of days.
