Hi there don't know why smarty has told me that they're closing my account as I haven't logged in for a while when they have automatically took the payment for the service consistently
Furthermore I am using my number, internet regularly and am shocked that they would not know that people do rely on the services they offer
I don't know how to stop this and I need my phone number too can anyone help?

@ScottBra_261593 The very first thing you should do is contact Support team via web chat to verify that the company did actually send you such a message.
Are you sure it is not a scam with someone appearing to be Smarty? You would not need to log into your account if you are on auto-renew because, as you say, money is taken regularly without your input.
