My auto renewal kicks in tomorrow the 26th and I am trying to change my plan from 5GB internet to 16GB (So from paying £6 to £8). But when i do this and it asks for OTP from my bank,once after i give the OTP and submit it says its not possible to do this, try again. I tried a few times but no luck. Can someone please suggest what to do?

@Prashan_2838709 Yes, get in touch with Smarty Support Team via web chat s they can access your account to see what is happening.

@Prashan_2838709 If you are giving the OTP, that is to your bank, isn't it? Perhaps the issue lies with them and so you should also contact them at the same time.
