I have just switxhed to SMARTY and transferred from O2 on the 9th Feb and got a email saying the port was successful on the 12 Feb. I can make calls to people, but when i message it appears as if im messaging from a different number. Further people cannot contact me via message or call but its important that they can because my business rellies on it. Ive talked to a person via chat and they were no help at all since they said they couldnt verify my account and etc even though the information was correct. And i also sent them an email and they just told me to make sure the number is correct in my phone and to reset my network settings. Nothing has helped me... I hope someone can help me!
