if you don’t have an active plan for 220 days, then Smarty will close your account.
it's either cancel your contract OR get a PAC code. Otherwise you just cancel it and lose your number.
Giving a PAC code to a new network cancels your account.
As none of us work for Smarty, we of course can’t speak on behalf of Smarty. If I were you, I would contact Smarty via webchat, to see if if there is anything they can do for you, but, for what it’s worth, your number is quite possibly lost, and you will have to start again with a new number.
