Can you request a PAC code if the account has been closed

Hi, I had a SMARTY account but because i had not used it in a while it has been closed.
Can I still request a PAC code and if so how?

This is the Smarty community forum, we are Smarty users, none of us work for Smarty, nor of course do we have access to anyoneโs account details.
if you donโt have an active plan for 220 days, then Smarty will close your account.
it's either cancel your contract OR get a PAC code. Otherwise you just cancel it and lose your number.
Giving a PAC code to a new network cancels your account.
As none of us work for Smarty, we of course canโt speak on behalf of Smarty. If I were you, I would contact Smarty via webchat, to see if if there is anything they can do for you, but, for what itโs worth, your number is quite possibly lost, and you will have to start again with a new number.
