@Stephen_1217032 Provided that you change the APN to mob.asm.net, you can.

You will not be able to use any Smarty plan to roam as that only applies to the EU.

It won't be cheap with data at 10p per megabit and calls at 50p per minute. You may be better off with a local SIM card or (if your phone takes it) an e-sim - there are many available on the internet.
