When my old number transferred over, I became disconnected from Smarty. I can’t make calls or contact Smarty help as I no longer have mobile data. I have (or should have) unlimited plan

So, you ported your phone number from your old network to Smarty ?
When the signal on your old SIM card dies, you need to switch off the phone that has the Smarty SIM in it, and then turn it back on. Try that, hopefully it should solve your issue.

@Cullie2000 The fact that you are able to post here indicates that you can certainly contact Smarty via your account.
Does your dashboard show your ported-in number and an active Smarty plan?
