Hi, would really appreciate some advice to solve an internet emergency please! The internet in my office block is down for an unspecified amount of time and I need to get online quickly. I have Smarty SIM and dongle that I used a couple of years ago, and the account expired. If I renew my account and purchase a data plan, will it be available on my existing SIM/dongle? or would I have to wait to receive another one in the post?
Hope that all makes sense, and any advice hugely appreciated :))

@HelenDo_1534218 If the account expired, the number will have been recycled. You will need to start afresh.
Have you considered nipping into a corner shop or supermarket and buying a new Smarty sim for a low cost? That would eliminate the wait for postal services.
