@DaleKen_1255489 WhatsApp calls are made via data - are you linked to a wifi point somewhere as that would allow it.
If you turn off wifi on the phone, can you still use data?
If not, check that your sim and Smarty plan both show as active when you log into your account dashboard.
If the system persists, you'll need a web chat with the Smarty Support Team as they can access your account, whereas we forum members cannot do that.

Are you in the area covered by this map showing the 3G switch off on Smarty's bearer network?

If so, your phone may well not support VoLTE (Voice over LTE(4G)) on the Smarty network.

Hi @DaleKen_1255489 ๐
Take a look at my post:-
https://community.smarty.co.uk/t5/chats-hacks/can-t-make-receive-calls-not-necessarily-a-network-pro...
If your phone is capable of VoLTE/WiFiCalling then it will probably be down to provider 'restricted/controlled' Firmware on your phone.
There is a fix for this, which is to 'Flash' your phone to an unbranded Firmware, but you have to do your homework.
Hope this helps x
