People cannot phone you? Have you recently ported in a number? Is the phone definitely working? Etc, etc.

Give us a break here - please! It's really hard with limited info.

Was your sim working recently? Have you recently activated the sim or ported in number?

Can you ring out? Does your phone have VoLTE capability? Is it supported by SMARTY for VoLTE? I agree with @MSF  as the more information the better!
