Anybody solve this problem.
My OTP code is not coming through. Checked all the usual things, blocked list,signal,sim removal etc.
The bank says the usual thing, all working our end must be your mobile provider.
Just to add all my other banking apps have sent OTP through and have arrived.
Any help?
Other people on other networks have had the problem.

@CHRISTIA_435669 Have you checked out what Señor Google has to say on this? There seems to be a lot of info - some of it points to a network reset.

I have done everything I could find online. What's a network reset? All other banking apps OTPs work.

@CHRISTIA_435669 Depends upon Android or iPhone - It is in Settings. Again, Google will help here.

@CHRISTIA_435669 Also very strange that you have no trouble with other banks/ May be worth a web chat with Smarty Support to see if this is a common issue with that bank.
