Good morning,
my smart plan has renewed automatically with one of my bank cards however it does not show the card on my portal. I would like this card to be removed so that it does not auto renew from this one.

So it doesn't show the card under Account settings > Payment settings?
Have you tried adding another card (one that you do want it to renew from)?
If you don't want it to auto renew at all, just turn off the auto renew setting.

If you would like to stop the renewal, please visit the SMARTY app/website, login and visit the payment options, here you will have the option to turn off the auto-renewal to avoid future payments being taken on your monthly renewal date.

Hello it has taken an automatic payment from a different card other than the one that is saved on my smarty account so I cannot stop it myself. I had used another card last time but I do not want it to auto renew using this one.
