Anyone know why my temp number is still in use after my old number was transfered

@Stephanie77 If your account shows your new number, then it should be in operation. You may also need to change settings in your phone to stop it 'remembering' the temp. number.

If the new number does show, but is not working, you will need a web chat with Smarty Support team for them to investigate.
