An automatic update to Android 13 in December 2023 has removed WiFi calling. Prior to the update, my moto g32 happily supported WiFi calling. As I chose Smarty because of the WiFi calling I am unlikely to keep my Smarty SIM unless this is rectified. It is not clear from Internet searches where the solution lies: with the phone manufacturer (OS author) or the network provider. Does anyone know how these join up and if there is a workaround?

That sounds frustrating @Gnq.
Maybe the next version of Android will restore the WiFi Calling on your Moto G32.
Can you go back to using version 12?
Unfortunately, the Moto G32 isn't currently listed as supported with the SMARTY WiFi Calling service.
