Adding a new Sim
I have a monthly plan for my oldest son which I pay for from my bank account and use my own email account, it renewed yesterday. I would like to add another plan for my other son who is getting a phone on his birthday on 29th Oct. What is the best way to go about this so I can use the same email address for both plans? Thank you

Thank-you, my son doesn't have an email for me to invite him to a group so I'm not sure of a way forward now. There must be other people in my position who need to set up plans for more than one child. Thanks
LynJolly_592226 Can you not set up a new email address for you to use to set up his account?
I think we have seen the problem a number of times, but it seems that the system is not set up to deal with more than one account per email address.
