I received an email confirming activation of sim and number swap but I'm not able to make or receive calls, send or receive messages and have no Internet access.
I am only able to hot spot or connect on WiFi.

Perhaps best to have a web chat with SMARTY support, so they can check your account and make sure everything's in order following the number transfer @JohnnyF_2364620.
