How does one ACTUALLY contact your team to request help in activating the sim supplied with the modem???
I go to the <contact> page and only see links everything else except the link you suggested! 🤔🤔🤔

When I go the link https://smarty.co.uk/activate
It wants me to register an account. I can't do that because I can't use the email addy I initially registered with.
It doesn't allow me to activate the sim that came with the haiwei modem.
Even if I wait for two days until a new sim arrives I still won't be able to activate it?!

@paulste_2403576 I'm assuming here that you already have a Smarty active sim and this was going to be another one for your modem. That being the case, you cannot (currently) have two sims using the same email and so you would need to grab another email for use with that sim.
However, on the 'up' side, you can join the two as a group and get 10% discount on standard prices (doesn't apply to special offer plans)
