Has my account payment been verified yet, by bank says yes and yet you say no

@JohnFair_425777 You are posting in the Community Forum which is populated mostly by customers such as you and not by Smarty employees.
For that reason, we cannot look at your account. I would recommend looking at your account dashboard after a while and that should be updated to reflect any payment.
If it still does not show a payment, then web chat with the Support team and they can investigate.
