My daughter’s smarty account has just closed for no reason. How does she get it back?

By the way, I have noticed on the night before my plan is due to reset, my account will sometimes say my plan has been paused. I think this is just to stop one from changing their plan whilst the process of a plan reset is taking place.

@NeilBen_1522477 The most important thing to consider is whether or not her phone is still working.

If the phone works, it may be a system glitch but in any case, you should follow advice from @AndyPandy

Ah yes - it's 8pm-ish on a Sunday and I'm tired, that should've been my first thought. If the phone is working it is likely just a glitch with the system. I have checked my account (website and app), mine doesn't say account closed but glitches don't always affect everyone.

If the phone service is not working though, please do contact customer service as advised OP 🙂
