Hi i have just put a smarty sim in a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra that Supports 5G but in My coverage it is only showing 4G

Check local coverage to see if the area has Smarty 5G first.

Are you sure that there is 5G available where you are? Sometimes it may default to 4G if not strong 5G coverage.

But don't forget that sometimes your signal can be affected by the building you are in or work on a local mast.

Hi 5g stopped working on my Nokia even though it had been working for over a year put a three SIM in and worked fine after many web chats with smarty they said it's not on the compatible list got fed up with it going to Giffgaff hope this helps
