I purchased a 4G plan on the 30th March at a cost of £5 on the 31st March Smarty took an extra £2 out of my bank account does anyone know what this extra payment is for ?? Smarty are not giving me an answer!!

Okay @IanMaye_1962712, have you checked if these £1 transactions are pending?
It's not uncommon for an online company to take 'dummy' payments, in order to verify the payment card details are legitimate, which get refunded in due course.
If you're unsure, just ask the support team to check your account, by using the online web chat at https://smarty.co.uk/contact. The agents work 8am - 8pm daily, and can look at your SMARTY account.

Cannot immediately see the reason for the extra £2. On your account, does the £2 show as an entry?
If you cannot get a response, you will need to raise a complaint. I would give Support Team a chance first via web chat and let the agent know that you need full details for a potential complaint.
