Ive been waiting for over 4day for a paccode and they keep saying there a technical issue. Ive tried many times but keep getting the same answer. Unfortunately we were unable to generate a switching code for you. Please contact us at https://smarty.co.uk/contact so that we can help you to get a switching code.
I keep getting fobbed off with the same answer we looking into it. Ofcom says 2 working days max.
Any ideas please

You don't say how you are trying to request the PAC, but I've just tried texting 'pac' plus a space and my date of birth (DDMMYY format) to 65075, and it came back with a PAC in seconds.

Ive tried online, app, and text nothing at all just keep getting please contact support

Strange, I guess there must be some issue specific to your account going on.
It might be worth submitting a complaint at https://smarty.co.uk/complaints if you haven't already, although it looks like even that may take a few days to get a response. I think you should be entitled to compensation as Smarty have been unable to provide the PAC within the mandated timeframe.
