You've not given us a lot of detail to go on here. If the wrong plan and number is with each phone, just swap the SIMs over.
If the phones both have the correct number, just the wrong plan, that's because you've bought the wrong plan for each SIM. I would suggest you log into the relevant Smarty account for each SIM and choose to change the plan. You will then be on the right plan from the next plan renewal date.
