Have you changed your number in RCS Message settings? Go to messages, message settings, RCS chat. Turn them off, then back on again and then verify your number. I had to do this twice but worked eventually.

Me too. I transferred from Lebara. Although I was very happy with their service, their APP was rubbish and they didn't have WiFi Calling, although they were supposed to. I have had a couple of small niggles with Smarty to start with, but nothing really to complain about. The app is excellent in comparison to others, signal and service good and can use it on TFL. Overall a very pleased customer.

Re: I didn’t activate the SIM I bought
This happened to me. The website/app is really poor at allowing you to activate a bought SIM card. Contact them by chat and they can swap the Sims over so you can use the bought one. It was done very quickly for me.
