I mistakenly entered a request for a STAC code instead of a PAC code. But Smarty are saying I cannot have a PAC code because I already asked for a STAC?

@PeterBu_2702197 That sounds correct.
You would need to web chat with them to explain your error and see if they can undo it for you. I wouldn't leave it too long either.
