Many devices will not support an sim. Even if your device does support it, is it actually essential?
This is a no-frills network but people often have expectations well above that.

The point about Smarty being a no frills network as a justification to not support eSIM is a total idiotic nonsense given a tonne of similar budget carrier brands support it.
