Wifi connection

hi with have full Wi-Fi in our campervan and unlimited data with smarty, but unable to connect our Wi-Fi in our van, any ideas would be much appreciate.

Are you sure you have Smarty coverage where you are ? 

Is your campervan next to a structure, especially metal, which may be acting as a faraday cage and blocking mobile signals to your mobile router ?

Are you in the UK, or abroad ?  If abroad, the APN in your router must be changed to ‘mob.asm.net’ (This is a once only change)

@Christo_2130912  When inside a metal box, isolated on rubber wheels, you are effectively isolated from electromagnetic waves (Faraday box). That may be the reason, so try it outside.

Hi Chris,

If we had some additional info on the make and model of WIFI router / device we may be able to provide a little more assistance with this issue.

Most mobile WIFI devices have a user interface or app to connect to the device control / setting panel, firstly I would ensure you have the correct wifi password set up and connect to the device, once that connection is established then remove the SIM and reinsert it, this should show your carrier and connection etc, if you are using a SIM and out the country roaming you will have to change some settings to enable roaming.

But as above without some additional info its hard to advise on the best options to assist
