@JimWalk_1986677 Sorry to hear of the problem. If you make sure that your account does not have auto-renew enabled, then you will not be automatically purchasing another Smarty plan.
if you find a network with a better signal for you, then you can port your number out to them - again using your dashboard to manage the account.
