There are a few changes you need to make to your device before using your services in the EU! Please view this link to see the changes for your specific device:

Roaming and international | SMARTY Help Centre

Click on your device and follow the instructions. Once these settings are changed, you will be able to use your services abroad depending on the strength of the signal in your location.
