Make sure to change the APN on your device to mob.asm.net - see help documents from Smarty.

@LisaSli_1475007  If you change your network settings on the phone from automatic to manual, then you should see the networks that are available in the area and can try each one in turn.

I assume you changed the APN to mob.asm.net as advised in Smarty help articles.

Having changed the APN, have you checked that roaming is switched on within your phone's settings ?
