I activated my sim at 6pm yesterday , by 11pm there was nothing left - please could you explain why the data went so fast when I didnt use it for watching at all

@RACHELF_3420339 If you look on your Account Dashboard on Smarty website, you should be able to see data usage.

Which plan did you buy ?
Your phone's built-in data monitor may show what has used data

@RACHELF_3420339 The people on here are not Smarty Staff (except the Moderators) . You need to query this with smarty Support via web chat if you already followed what I said earlier but it has not answered your question.
