Usage dashboard not updating

Hi,
The usage dashboard on the Smarty website and app has not updated since last night do I do not know how much data I have remaining.
I reached out to an agent but he ended the chat saying I had not responded but I had.
Can anybody help please?

@Bates Unfortunately not - we are customers and so do not have access to your account data.
The dashboard is always behind, so you can never have an exact figure. May be better to reset your phone data record each month when Smarty plan starts.

I have also noticed this, spoken to an agent earlier who said they was aware of the issue but did not say when the issue would be resolved

Let me know if you get any update to this. Iโve also noticed that the usage stats have stopped being updated. I have an unlimited sim myself but itโs still nice to see how much data Iโm using as Iโm using my sim in a router
Spoke to support earlier and all I got was โwe are aware of the issueโ

@loucas781 Do you not also have a usage log in your router settings somewhere just for information?
