I should have 34 GB of data but not there and need it now as no data

You need to contact Smarty directly, via webchat, available from 08.00 - 20.00 seven days a week.
34 GB is not a usual Smarty package by the way, are you sure youโre a Smarty customer, or is there another reason for the 34 GB, such as you are abroad and have bought an add on , etc ?
Anyway, you need to contact Smarty directly.
