I should have 34 GB of data but not there and need it now as no data

This is the Smarty Community Forum, we are customers, like you, we don’t work for Smarty. 

You need to contact Smarty directly, via webchat, available from 08.00 - 20.00 seven days a week. 

34 GB is not a usual Smarty package by the way, are you sure you’re a Smarty customer, or is there another reason for the 34 GB, such as you are abroad and have bought an add on , etc ?

Anyway, you need to contact Smarty directly.
