Upgrading Sim
I'm on a 30gb Sim promoted to 60gb. I have just cancelled my home service provider. I have in the last week upgraded to 200gb for £17. But on uSwitch there is a offer unlimited for £16. Would smarty offer this to me has a existing customer? Or would I have to take this offer through uSwitch, then cancel my other Sim with you?

The advertised best price is £17 for the 200Gb plan on the website.
It's always worth a web chat with Support Team if you can quote exactly where you saw the offer. The worst that can happen is that they say "No", so not much to lose there!
Also, if you were thinking of starting a group, you would not get 10% discount on that plan if you have a special offer and so it may not work out cheaper ultimately.
