i swapping my current smarty plan from 31Gb to 50gb same price same account same number and to proceed asking me this
Yes bring my number
No keep new smarty number
confused as I don’t want to swap my number as I’ve already moved it a year or so ago?
just wondered which one? As neither make sense!

@FionaBu_2404494 It sounds like you are looking to upgrade from 30Gb to the 50Gb offer.
Presumably, Smarty Support team have organised that for you - they would need to do that. In that case, you should not receive the options you describe as they control the change remotely.
