Having just joined Smarty from Talkmobile and my number being ported successfully, I am trying to update the sim with the temporary Smarty phone number to my ported number. Hit save to save the number, reverts back to the Smarty number. Any ideas as to how I can achieve this?
my wife just changed to EE and I updated her phone/sim with no problems
