I recently came back to Smarty and took out a 40gb plan... However whilst away on holiday we quickly ran out of data so added and payed for an unlimited plan which still has 24 days remaining! ... Now today when try to do some work I find my data plan is not showing up, only my 40gb plan which is at zero. Why is this???

@Miranda_1049912 I'm not sure how you added a new plan if your existing one had not date expired.
I suggest a web chat with Smarty Support after carefully checking your Account Dashboard to see exactly what you purchased.

I forgot to mention it was a 30 day unlimited data £17 …

Well they took £17 out my account on Monday 2nd June for the privilege!!… I’ve also read of others having similar problems …. I have now switched OFF my Auto-renew and put it down to experience. I might have to pay a bit more but I’m going back to EE!
