For the last month I have been unable to make or receive calls in the M34 7 area occasionally it will allow me to call out or receive a call but the call drops out after about 2 minutes, everytime I have checked the network status on both the Smarty website and the Three website and both state there is a fault in the area and they are working to fix it as soon as possible. This has gone on far too long now there is no information on when they even expect to fix the fault or even what it is.
When are we likely to have a working network or do I just switch to another network

@ScottHa_1449151 Please understand that we are forum members like you and do not have access to that type of information.
In your position, I would be inclined to get hold of a sim from a network that does not use Three. At least you would have some service, albeit with the wrong mobile number showing in your calls and texts.
I would also raise a Complaint in which I asked for refund of my plan charge.

Thank you for getting back to me, I've already ordered a simcard from Giff Gaff I used to be with them years ago before I switched to Smarty, there not as good a value in terms of how much data you get for your money but they are at least reliable. I don't know how many calls I've missed. I've spoke with customer service and they can't help either
