How do I turn off voicemail? I’m going round in circles with help.

Our chat team will need to turn this off for you https://smarty.co.uk/contact available daily from 8am – 8pm, you will speak to a bot first but if you ask to talk to a person you will speak to an agent

Yes thank you I saw that but if I open the chat box and type turn off voicemail I just get sent back to that link. I’m going round and round in circles but not getting anywhere. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@JamesG123 If you think that a chatbot is getting the better of you, why not try typing in something else that may eventually bring a human being into the conversation?
