SMARTY will not accept my PAC No. even though I have rechecked with previous provider. As I've only 48 hours to complete this transfer. SMARTY seems to make things difficult by not having a Helpline Phone No. and/or their On-line Service asks questions BUT doesn't give me time to answer them before Blocking me. Only to have to restart the system again 10minutes later. ANY SHORTCUTS ?

@allenwil_709624 Do they say what is wrong with the PAC code? Why only 48 hours? although they expire after 30 days, you can always order another after that from your old network.
The main thing is that you will have a working sim from Smarty in your phone - albeit showing an unusual, randomly allocated number.
