I had a SMS at 1800 to say number transfer successful took a while for my old SIM to go offline. I can now call from my Smarty SIM on the new number. But I can't receive anything there call just terminates.

Hi Pyemania - I'm having the same issue for a Sim I bought for my Mum. Was it resolved? Waiting to hear from Smarty.... Best wishes, Steve

@SteveBe_3173270 The original post was in Dec. 2022. If your number shows correctly in your Account Dashboard, but your phone sends a different identity when it calls out, try a Network Reset within the Settings.

@SteveBe_3173270 That's good news!! This is a common issue because the phone 'remembers' the first number allocated to the sim and needs to be 'retrained'.
